This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Seller: 1onbir Grup Bilisim Teknolojileri Otomotiv San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. Buyer: The natural or legal person purchasing products through the Miozoa platform.
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products and services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Miozoa platform, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The name, quantity, total price including VAT, and payment method of the purchased product are displayed on the order confirmation page. All prices include VAT. Payment is collected instantly according to the selected method (credit card, debit card). An invoice is issued upon order confirmation.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful completion of payment. Access credentials are shown in your Miozoa user panel and order confirmation email. You can access products with one click through the desktop application.
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, for digital content and services, the right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun with the Buyer's approval. Detailed information is available on the Cancellation and Refund page.
Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. The Buyer should first submit complaints about the purchased product to the Seller; if unresolved, legal remedies may be sought.
This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the Buyer and is deemed performed upon delivery of the product. The agreement text is communicated to the Buyer via the order confirmation email.
